Your data is handled in a correct and controlled manner so that you can feel safe when shopping in our webshop. Prices
All prices are in Swedish kronor / EUR. Prices include 25% VAT. We do not charge any shipping costs. Only shipping is added.
Swedish VAT is deducted on deliveries to Norway and to other countries if VAT.no is registered.
Ordering
All orders must be placed via order in the webshop. If something is unclear in your order, we will call or email you. All orders are confirmed back by us via e-mail.

Invoice 14 days (SEK 0 fee) alt divide your payment, up to 24 months.
You always pay after you receive your goods.

You only need to enter your email address and your PayPal password to confirm payments.

Deliveries
We ship with DHL / UPS / POSTEN according to current price lists.
We always try to arrange it at the best price.
The shipping cost is calculated in the webshop based on weight and volume. We have the right to change the shipping cost if, e.g. price increase.
Letters are not replaced.

The fuel can be picked up in stores or delivered to competitions.
Warranty/Complaint
To claim a damaged or faulty product, you must contact us via e-mail or phone within 7 working days. Always save the packaging, original box and payment confirmation. If you are going to send a damaged product back to us, the easiest way to do it is in the packaging it was sent out in. MicroRacing HB complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, 36-month right of complaint. The right to complain only covers original faults, i.e. faults that were present in the product upon delivery, material or manufacturing faults. This does not apply in cases where we cannot find any fault with the product or when you have caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
To invoke the right to a complaint, you as the customer must demonstrate that the defect in the product existed at the time of purchase. This must be done within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the defect.
Warranty 1 year. Does not apply to:
ATTENTION! Check the product carefully before opening the packaging. Only unbroken packaging is accepted for return! Should you, by chance, have a comment on any product, do not hesitate to contact us!
Normal delivery time is 1-2 days after received payment.

Transport damage/damaged goods
If the item is suspected of being transport damaged, it must be reported to DHL or Posten immediately. Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt for the right to complain to apply. New goods are sent when DHL or Posten have assumed responsibility or upon other agreement with the customer.
